Strength and Fitness Club offers a series of small group personal training boot camps aimed to prepare our members for beach season.  These 8 week programs are divided into 3 categories:

  • Camp 1: Beach Body Boot Camp
  • Camp 2: Boxing Boot Camp
  • Camp 3: TRX Suspension Training Boot Camp

Members can sign up for 1 or multiple camps.
