Puts a twist on the traditional Pilates.  Using the stability ball to create a more challenging fitness experience.  Ballates is designed to condition, tone and lengthen the body.  Sessions are led by Ricardo Poblah on Tuesday evenings.  TONING YOU’RE BODY! CHECK IT OUT!
