Boxing Boot Camp
This Boxing instructional course allows participants to learn the basics to the boxing fundamentals. Focusing on the cardio portion of boxing, members will learn different combinations and punching styles. Straight, Jab, Cross, Hook and Upper Cut punches will be incorporated in order educate the body in basic self-defense methods. Boxing and Boxing boot camp classes are taught weekly and is included in membership! Check out the class schedule to find out the days/times.
