Only one-third of high school students get the recommended levels of physical activity. It is important to introduce and/or maintain physical activity in your child’s routine as it promotes strong bone and lean muscle development, controls weight and decreases the risk of obesity.
Strength and Fitness Club has created a program to help motivate our youth by:
- Creating opportunities for kids to be more physically active
- Increasing speed & agility
- Increasing strength and explosive movements
- Improving overall performance in any sport
Instructors are certified personal trainers and former athletes and offer training programs for young kids and high school athletes.
