This 8 week fitness training program is designed specifically for youths who want to improve their overall performance in the following areas:

      • Speed and Agility
      • Conditioning
      • Learning proper exercise technique
      • Decrease risk of injuries
      • Improve self-esteem

Today’s 8 to 18 year olds spend an average of 7.5 hours a day using media including TV, computers, video games, cell phones and movies in a typical day?

Only one-third of high school students get the recommended levels of physical activity.  It is important to introduce and/or maintain physical activity in your child’s routine as it promotes strong bone and lean muscle development, controls weight and decreases the risk of obesity.

Strength and Fitness Club has created a program to help motivate our youth by:

  • Creating opportunities for kids to be more physically active
  • Increasing speed & agility
  • Increasing strength and explosive movements
  • Improving overall performance in any sport

Instructors are certified personal trainers and former athletes and offer training programs for young kids and high school athletes.
