The Class on Monday nights at 6 o’clock. Essentially it’s a high level class for those who want take their fitness to the next level. The class is designed to break participants out of their comfort zones in order to shock the body and the core muscles. The instructor Mike Brown will push you to ensure you get the full benefits of the class. The class is a boot camp style class where you will do a lot of callisthenic style exercises from pushups to burpees, squats, lunges, planks. The class is a nonstop format focused on keeping the heart rate up. Short interval breaks are taken but for the most part the class is designed to keep the conditioning going by engaging the body for the full hour.
