The Zumba/Cize, Zumba Toning classes are purposed to provide an invigorating forty-five minute to one-hour session of rhythmic cardio. For those who love to dance Zumba focuses the cardiovascular muscles as well as arms, legs and abs. Engaging the body through dance allows participants to exercise in a creative fun way.
