Child Care
The parents have spoken…our Child Care is one of the best in the area!! Our Child Care service gives gym going parents an opportunity to workout without having to find a babysitter. Our closed-circuit TV channel allows parents to monitor their children during their cardio workout. Stocked with toys, crayons and more…it’s just another way Strength and Fitness Club provides a fun, safe and comfortable experience.
