New Hire Paperwork
I-9 Form: Employment Eligibility Verification
This form must be completed on an employee’s date of hire to verify that he or she is eligible to work in the U.S. Retain for at least three years, or for one year after termination, whichever is later.
NJ – Employee’s Withholding Allowance Certificate
This form must be completed by each New Jersey employee to determine the appropriate level of state income tax to withhold from earnings. Employees must also complete Federal Form W-4.
